I'M FAMOUS AGAIN!

I auditioned to get back onto an iO harold team, AND I MADE IT! After I was removed from the iO schedule, I realized I had nothing to do. So I auditioned for a playground team (WHICH IS FREAKING AWESOME!) and started level one at the Annoyance. Now I'm on a harold team, a playground team, AND taking annoyance. Getting cut was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I'm pretty immersed in improv, and it feels great.

I've had some awesome conversations with people about improv lately that made me realize how much I love it. I LOVE IT! HOORAY FOR IMPROV!!!

Congrats, dude!

I'm actually just riding the coattails of the other people in my audition. In my callback we did 2/3rds of a harold, and Charna said "I've seen teams who've been together for months who can't do what you guys just did. Good job." Then when I got a call from the harold commission the guys said, "You're in and we just made your entire audition slot a harold team." So that is really crazy, but also really fun and exciting. I don't know a single person on the team, so it'll be an interesting experience. Sweet.

Congratulations!

That's really awesome that they made your whole audition slot a team. I've never heard of that being done before!

Whats the name of your team? How long until you start doing shows? Will us Austin summer-intensivers get a gander at you at the IO before we mosey back down south at the end of this month?

I'M SUPER DUPER FAMOUS NOW!!!
Dart has been together for almost 2 years, and Saturday after our show a casting director for Claire Simon(?) called me out of notes to ask me my name!!! I DID IT! I'M SO FAMOUS!!! I'm sure she'll be calling Charna any day now to say that she needs the guy who played the 15 cacti for Clint Eastwood's return to westerns except with people as objects project.
