wasn't sure where the best place to post this was, but there are some comments in here i think improvisers, actors, musicians and just performers of any stripe can find resonance with...particularly those of us who focus on the comedy. so i thought i'd share.

Just read the blog, watched the video and I agree.

Humor is so much of our humanity that if we couldn't use it to heal, or enlighten, then why bother getting out of bed in the morning.
