What I *really* want to do is to sell The Moonbase and move into 503 Sacramento. That house is really sweet.

To make Roy's dream even dreamier, if you buy a house using Give Realty (http://www.giverealtyaustin.com/), they donate a good chunk of their commission to the nonprofit of your choice. Like....the Austin Improv Collective. Where it could be used to start a fund to help improvisors buy houses on Roy's street. Or to build a fancy stage in the middle of the street. Or a chocolate fountain. Are you feelin' it? Yeah...

I like the group house/commune/improv rehearsal space house idea. Is there a hot tub?
