Dickens was famous for working himself to death in 1870, apparently of a 'stroke'.... what CIA operatives would know as 'the business'. It also went by the name 'the McNamara special'.

Dickens was buried at Westminster Abbey which is considered by symbiologists as a sign for a divine female that clearly the CIA did not want us to know about. It's so obvious! How can people not see this!
