Why so much spam lately?

I just sent Bob a note to delete it. He doesn't look at the forums much, which is why it's been piling up.

The rate has actually been pretty constant. I've been vigilantly deleting it for the last week or so straight, but I've been super busy these last few days and haven't had time to get on the forums and start axing it.

The problem is guest accounts posting. I've told Bob about it as well, to see if he can do something. It's never a post from the same IP twice.

All the posts appear to be going into the Help Desk forum, so I changed the permissions on it to require posts from registered accounts. Hopefully, that will stop it for now.
