what is your favorite thing about improv?
I am always amazed at how 'easy' the brillant shows seem to be, and how hard the bad shows are to do. By easy, I mean how when the flow is going, it seems so effortless.
what is the weather like outside when you seem to have the best shows?
There seems to be no bearing on weather, unless it keeps the performers and patrons from coming to the show.
how do you plan to reach your improv goals?
I am lazy, so I have no goals other than to play.
what is your favorite post-show routine or activity?
Drinking and fornicating (if possible)
describe your best improv outfit? do you have lucky show underwear like i do?
I like to wear something that makes it easy to move, and I enjoy wearing soccer socks, even if I am in suit and tie.
Hope your day got better

1. The commitment. It pushes me to push my self. I'm a committed committee of introspective growth and extroverted play.
2. Charged & wild. Rain and cold make me the most excited.
3. The same way I'm going to eat this whale...
4. (see Jeff's)
5. My vest, pleated skirt, knee high socks, and the spankies of destruction.
Your beard is majestic! I hope today brings you so much positive energy, you can bottle some and place it on a shelf for the future.

what is your favorite thing about improv?
Man. So hard to choose. I guess right now I'd say being able to perform with the people I love and trust. I can both let go and challenge myself.
what is the weather like outside when you seem to have the best shows?
You know, that's never apart of it for me. I can't tell you at all what the weather was like for the best shows. I like to leave the outside where it is when I come inside to the theater (including my personal baggage).
how do you plan to reach your improv goals?
Perseverance, drive, continued inspiration, hard work.
what is your favorite post-show routine or activity?
Going somewhere vibrant but not too loud, eating delicious food and drinking delicious drinks, talking with friends for hours and hours. Then a late late night food run.
describe your best improv outfit? do you have lucky show underwear like i do?
Okay, I like to change it up. But usually it's something a little feminine, a little masculine, easy to move in but dressed up. Like, one of my nice blouses, cute skirt, over well-fitting pants, and comfy shoes that are flat.
No lucky undies.

1. Being surprised and delighted by myself and the people I'm playing with.
2. I haven't noticed, but I do like it when the weather is on the cusp of something. Almost raining, or a front moving through.
3. Letting myself actually go for it. Fake it til I make it.
4. Same as Kaci's, in a nutshell. Reconnecting with the people I played with, the people who watched, and the awesome people out doing their own thing.
5. I like shirt dresses. The things that are like dresses, but a little too short to wear as just dresses, so I wear them over pants.

what is your favorite thing about improv?
I love how surprising it is, and how I keep wondering about the stories after we've turned out the lights on them.
what is the weather like outside when you seem to have the best shows?
Crisp clear nights with a crunch of snow.
how do you plan to reach your improv goals?
Steady, hard work. Just like always.
what is your favorite post-show routine or activity?
Hanging out with the cast somewhere, just to be together a little while longer.

I like that I get to wear dresses, pretty ones. It makes me feel pretty lucky.

what is your favorite thing about improv?
weaving stories out of nothing but a thread or two from the audience and discovering the shape and structure along the way, especially when it surprises me.
what is the weather like outside when you seem to have the best shows?
when it feels like a storm might be on the way. humid, but REALLY windy so it's kind of cool and there's just a static charge in the air that says "something's coming."
how do you plan to reach your improv goals?
to stop thinking about them and actually do them, to not be so married to the perfect Aristotlean ideal of a show/format/whatever in my head that i'm nervous to mar or sully it with what it might actually become in reality.
what is your favorite post-show routine or activity?
after a really good show, i like to go out with the other players and perhaps a few audience members for food and drink, especially if it's close enough we can all walk there together. and just...talk. not even necessarily about the show or even improv in general, but be social. after a show i didn't feel as good about, i prefer to go get a few drinks by myself, read, decompress and kind of meditate a bit on what exactly didn't work, what i could've done differently both in and of myself and in response to others to improve it.

either a dress shirt, untucked, sleeves rolled up slightly or one of my dark blue henley pullovers...and jeans or cargo pants. i USED to have a lucky pair of drawers (blue boxer shorts with dogs on them), but they've deteriorated. sigh...i need a new pair of lucky drawers...
