Hey dude, what's your favorite intro song for a troupe?

I like you're the best around by joe esposito, and the huey lewis' the power of love.

I have always loved 'Sabatoge' by Beastie Boys. I am always pumped when I hear it.

The first minute or so of My Spirit Will Go On by Dragonforce is pretty sweet to come out to. Forty seconds of buildup/introduction, twenty seconds of running out to the awesome.

White people be too uptight like: Okay, there. That's enough.

I don't know who would remember this, but Ray Prewitt's 4th Grade Class use to have a badass homemade intro....

i remember the Jury doing a full on semi-choreographed intro to Daft Punk's "Around the World" that was pretty awesome. and i was rather fond of opening the final Sicks show with a funeral set to Queen's "The Show Must Go On." but unless it's a full on kind of "event," honestly, i hardly ever even notice the song. 30 seconds at most, typically some kind of rock guitar riff. nothing's ever grabbed me while running to the stage and said "this! this is a great intro! i am so pumped because of this song now!"

though there is some part of me that wants to enter into a show sometime to "Exquisite Corpse" from Hedwig and the Angry Inch. 8)

(also, Jeff and i are close to making it a 710 Split tradition to listen to New Order's "Ceremony" before each show. lol!)

I can't believe I just listened to that whole thing, and despite the message I feel like having an eightball.
