room for rent in south ausitn

Hey,

I have a 3 bed 2 bathroom home and currently it's just me and the pets. I am looking to rent one of the extra rooms and have the remaining room be a yoga/chillout/guest room.

the rent is $325 plus splitting the utility and media bills. and its ready for move in anytime.

i have a dog palace of a home with tile floors, a backyard that is fenced in, plus a doggie door. maybe you have a friendly dog or a dog tolerant cat that wants to join a larger pack of fur balls....

I do improv and contemproary dance related work in town, but I got my improv training around coldtowne and work with Gnap!
