One of our greatest living legends (I'm not kidding), William Shatner, entertains us yet again...

If you haven't yet, I highly recommend listening to last week's Best Show on WFMU where Tom Scharpling and Paul F Tompkins watch the commercial for this Juggalo thing. They get so tickled by it that they laugh on air with no interruption for two minutes straight... no talking, just laughing.

Definitely checking it out.

This is the same reaction I had after a few minutes. I kept expecting it to lose momentum, but it just kept getting better and better.

From the second you turn on a tv, it starts projecting light and warmth into your room. The only way you're going to get light and warmth out of a book is if you set it on fire.

Holy crap. I want to see the rest of this episode and the entire series of this show after watching this clip. That's both ridiculously insane and insanely ridiculous.

Mike Nesmith is great. "Listen to the Band" is a such a good song, but I can't find any decent copies online while I'm at work. I remember watching his audition tape years ago. Can only find the commentary-track filled one online now.
