NEED A JOB!

Post by shksprtx »

Hey, all...

I'm recently transplanted back to Austin from the hell-hole that is Lubbock and I'm looking for a job.

I've an MA, BA, AA, and also some PhD coursework in Theatre, but I'll take most anything I can get my hands on, employment-wise...

I'm computer-savvy, etc...

If you (or anyone you know) happens to be hiring, please let me know!

Also, I suppose I should mention that I'd like to find something in the South/Central parts of Austin, if at all possible...but a good job in North Austin wouldn't necessarily be a dealbreaker...

Soooo, ummmmm...if anyone knows of anything at all, please post here or PM me...

Well, let's see...

I like sunsets, long walks on the beach, pina coladas, AND getting caught in the rain...

I'm an improviser who's had some experience performing with Joker's Wild in Corpus Christi and Cricket City Improv in Commerce, TX.

I was invited to join Alternative Fuels in Lubbock, but politely declined because I was busy working on a pointless degree...

And now here I am!

Ta daaaa!!!

Post by craigy »

I was with Jokers Wild when it first started in CC in late 90's.. I heard it dissolved.. Who are you, and was Rudy or Rod or Molly Cox from Beaver Creek still around?

Post by shksprtx »

My name is Sean...

I was with Joker's Wild during the Karaoke bar/Safari Bar days...

Rod, both Rudys, and Molly, also Lavert, Kelly, and I can't think of who else off the top of my head...but that was my crew during the time I was in JW...

Craigy:

Craig Kotfas? What HS did you go to? I went to Ray, and I think I competed against you in NFL/TFA/UIL speech tournaments...

At the very least, your name sounds very familiar...
