The Institution Theatre presents “STAGED BY THE BELL”
(Episodes of “Saved By The Bell” performed LIVE - This week we are performing "Jessie's Song" - The episode where Jessie gets hooked on caffeine pills!)

Come see Patrick Daniel as Zach Morris, Lauren Forman as Kelly Kapowski , Bryan Cruz as A.C. Slater, Ellana Kelter as Jessie Spano, Bryan Roberts as Samuel 'Screech' Powers, Espie Randolph as Lisa Turtle, and Terrill Fischer as Principal Belding.

Preceding “Staged By The Bell” will be an original live game show called “The Real Game Show” in which four lucky contestants will be selected from the audience and will get the opportunity to play fun games like and “Sing For Your Supper”, “High School Soap Opera” and “The Final Countdown” and win fabulous prizes donated by local Austin merchants.

“Staged By The Bell” will be performed on Sunday evenings at 8 p.m. on August 2nd, August 9th, August 16th and August 23rd. At The United States Art Authority at The Spider House, 2906 Fruth Street, Austin, TX Tickets cost $10. Tickets can be purchased in advance by going to www.TheInstitutionTheatre.com. Tickets, if available, may also be purchased at the door on the night of the performance.

I remember "Saved by the Bell"

I remember that it was the least funny show on television. It beat out 60 Minutes, which at least had Mickey Rooney.

I mean, I don't wish Tom or the other performers ill on this, but I'm hesitant that a show that devolved into self-parody years ago would be worth parody...

I finally saw the show. Excellent stuff. Very funny and well done. I give it three thumbs up.
