oob 2009 volunteers neeeded!!!!

Hey everyone,
I am collecting volunteers for all of the oob shows. We are going to need lots of help. we will need door, tech,stage managing, photography and box office help for all of the shows, all of the nights! We also need people to man the registration booth in the SVT lobby, signing troops in and giving them there stuff. There are some really exciting acts coming this year and we want to make sure that we show them just how awesome and committed the austin improv community is! We really appreciate any time you can give, so much that you will get a free pass to another show (and possibly get to see part of the show you are volunteering for). This is good for the Sunday shows too!

So here is a break down of what we need:
Tues. 9/1 we need tech booth, door, box office, Stage managing, and photography for the 8, 9:30 and 11:00 shows for both Salvage Vanguard theaters (there may be some overlap here, say with box office)

Wed. 9/2 door, tech booth, stage manager, photography and box office for the 8 and 9:30 shows at Salvage Vanguard

Thurs. 9/3 door, tech booth, stage manager, photography and box office for 8, 9:30 and 11 shows at SVT and 8 and 9:30 shows at the hideout.

Fri 9/4 door, tech booth, stage manager, photography and box office for 8, 9:30 and 11 shows at SVT and the hideout. We will also need someone to man the door for the 12pm workshop at the Hideout

Sat. 9/5 door, tech booth, stage manager, photography and box office for 8, 9:30 and 11 shows at SVT and the hideout. someone to man the door for the 12pm workshop at the Hideout.

sun. 9/6 we need box office, door and photography for the Esthers shows
at 7:30 and 9pm and someone to man the hideout workshop at 2pm

Mon 9/7 door, tech booth, stage manager, photography and box office for 7:30 and 9pm shows at SVT and a door manager for the 12pm workshop at the hideout.
