Can you recommend a dog boarding facility?

Post by The Institution Theater »

I am going out of town this weekend and I need a place to board Dexter, the Wonder Dog. Do you know of any dog boarding facilities that you have personally used and would recommend? If so, please let me know.

Thank you.

Dog Boys - http://www.dogboys.com/

We take Jolene there most times we go out of town (aside from when we can get someone to watch her) and she always comes back happy and exhausted. They have a ton of land of there and group the dogs into play groups based on their size and demeanor, and will give them baths, clips nail, follow notes on diet or whatever. They clearly love dogs. I highly recommend them. They are a bit north, but it is definitely worth the drive.

It's a little outside of Austin, but Dog Camp is a great place. I used to work there. Let me just say they keep it really clean!

My very good friends, Miranda and Mat, just started a dog walking/boarding business. It's called Dog Day Afternoons. You can reach them at...
