Yoga class this wednesday

Hey all, I'm planning an hour and a half-ish yoga class this Wednesday (the 22/tomorrow) at 8pm. The first bit is gonna be straight yoga warm up, and then it's gonna move into an abs, butt, thigh, and arms no mercy class. So, lots of hard work and that muscle toning burn.

This may be at Kristen's house, and may be in a different location..Sitll waiting to hear from her, but I'll let you know.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. If not, then maybe just a blanket.
