Save the Date: Sunday January 18th is SVT Improvements Day

That's right!

On Sunday, January 18th from 11am to 6pm we will be fixin' up the Second Stage at Salvage Vanguard Theater-- and we can use your help.

We'll be painting walls, hanging curtains, and other big improvements to the space that will make it better for performers, audiences, and students.

Come work all day or just stop by for an hour or two. More details and bumps to follow...

until then, have a happy holidays, eat lots of food and save up your strength for our work day!

Thanks everyone who came out. I am too tired to list you by name, but those of you here on the boards know who you are. We're almost done. This space is going to be totally great once we finish in the next couple of days. We couldn't have done it without your help!!

Shannon, I'd love to help but couldn't get free Sunday. Monday is questionable but Tuesday is free for me. Can you post whether/when/if you need the extra hands for the remainder of the work?

Soon. We just finished (for the most part). Shana has taken a lot of snaps. Not sure where they will reside.
