Need a place to live in February or March?

This is kind of an early notice, but I thought I would just begin putting the word out.

I have a room for rent in my home in the SE,
off William Cannon east of IH35. Its on a bus route, close to 71 and 183 on easy back roads and a few lights east of 35.

I would really like to have a friend or friend referral so feel free to pass this along....

So about my house and the room:
Its on a working-class, quiet street. I have a fenced in back yard and a doggie door. I have two cats and there is a sweety dog belonging to the other housemate whom is a grad student at Texas State. It is the perfect home for a dog-owner, close to some trails and the current dog would love a friend! The avaliable room is modest sized at about 10X12 with an extra closet in the hall. There is a washer/dryer, wi-fi, basic cable, and the two rent rooms share a bathroom.

Rent is $425 plus a split of utilities, and I am willing to barter partial rent for odd jobs and other house work.
