My Mom is gone

Post by starkserious »

It is with great sadness to report my Mother has passed away. She had just turned 80 back in September. She lived a vibrant life and had a very positive spirit. Always believing in that "we should just be in the moment". I am thankful she lived long enough to see Obama elected President. she was so excited about it and always talking with her friends about how we are "finally getting those bastards out of Washington."

I will miss her. If you have a Mom, call them to tell you love them. You never know how long they will around. Appreciate your Moms while they are here.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I wish you well and will keep you in my thoughts. Try to take a little comfort in the support the community can bring you in these posts.

Thank you for reminding me to call home. I neglect that too often.

Hey Terrill, I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. It is especially hard to lose a parent. It has been a rough year, but lean on your friends. That's what we're for. ~Sara

Way more than your share of loss in such a short time. I'm glad she had a full, long life. Just give yourself some time.
