The Return of No Shame

Post by shando »

I've been talking about this for a while, but No Shame is back! This Friday, Gnap! Theater Projects presents the Return of No Shame. November 14th at SVT at 10:30.

Austin's preeminent open mike performance series returns after a four year hiatus. Don't miss it.

Sign ups begin at 10 pm. All pieces must be original and under 5 minutes long. We're limited to 15 slots. Don't hurt the stage or the audience. Otherwise, no limits. Script in hand or memorized, funny, musical, dramatic, dance, bad, weird, or just what the hell, all styles of performance are welcome.

$3 at the door for everybody (even if you're performing, you're audience for most of the show). Tell your friends.

More to come about the frequency of No Shame. The livelier this first one, the easier it will be to gauge how often we should have them.

Oh Yeah!

Yeah, start writing, everybody. I have a feeling this Friday's show is going to be bananas. Bryan Roberts has 4 years of pent up No Shame-itis.

Bump. I know of 4 or 5 pieces in the mix already--hoping you bring yours as well.
