Happy actual birthday, Mike.

One of my favorite improv memories of 2008 was on the night when The Starter Kit, IFE, and an ad-hoc Starter Kit/IFE hybrid performed in the threefer. During warm-ups, Mike started rapping about wearing an Elmo bicycle helmet. It was... special, to say the least.
