Is anyone looking for an apartment?

Hey, there's a three bedroom house renting for 1090 a month across the street from my house. Anyone looking. It'd be cool to have improv neighbors.

Damn; if I could find two other people I might move back to Austin on that, provided I could find a second job...

$360 is about the price I could have afforded, and I left mostly because I believed I couldn't find something that low...

So... hmm... where is this place located?

Cloverleaf Drive, just north of the old airport. 51st Street exit of I-35, between Berkman and Cameron.

Holy cow... one of my best friends lives right there, where Cloverleaf hits Westminster. We did improv in high school. So, he's kind of cool.

Craig's list is a good place to find housing.

I looked at buying a house right up there but then I thought the last thing I want for neighbors are improvisers!

Is joke. Is funny!

But I seriously did looke at several houses up in that neighborhood.

Andrea! You and my friend Jesse and one other person should get this house together! Yeah!

I used to live in this neighborhood and it's pretty nice. And very close to the Carousel Lounge.
