Cute Elementry School Boy needed for Video Sketch

The P! Company, an absurd sketch comedy group from the Austin area, is making another video sketch starring local comedian extraordinaire, Chris Trew.

The Project is "Chris Adopts a Child"

Chris has been looking for something more substantial in his life- so he adopts a child. We are casting a young boy, age 9-12, to play the prepubescent, cute and bubbly adopted child.

In this short, the child will be filmed in a montage of having fun doing various things (eating ice cream, playing on a swing set, playing basketball, etc.) as well as several brief dialogue exchanges. We expect and encourage a parent to be present during shooting. The material is kid-friendly.

We'll be shooting Saturday Sept. 13th. We'd like availability from 11am to 3pm, but will not shoot the entire time.

Since the shoot is this weekend, so there is no time for an audition. Please send headshot and any applicable experience.

We aren't offering any pay, but we'll have DVD of the completed sketch and credit.

Also the sketch will premiere at a big comedy show we're having at the University of Texas. The Travesty presents "The P! Company Megashow" on October 17th @ 8pm in the Union Theater. Admission is free.
