Improv 301 Graduation Show Sunday September 7th at the MWI

Post by smerlin »

I'm super proud and excited about the first Graduating Class of the Merlin Works Institute for Improvisation.

Come check out the show:

Improv 301 Graduation Show at the Merlin Works Institute for Improvisation
8pm Sunday September 7th
at the Salvage Vanguard Theater
Kareem and I will be directing the students in short form games and scenes.
Tickets are $5 and you can buy tickets online
(AIC members get in free, but as always, paying customers get in first, and I'm expecting a sell out crowd, with 14 Graduates and their friends in the second stage at SVT)

The Improv 301 Graduates are:
  • Elizabeth Hack
    Sally Zeigler
    Diane Shirley
    Bobby Shirley
    Chris Herman
    Roland Huettel
    Jen Kaplan
    Ed Melendez
    Brandon Salinas
    Kelli Wilson
    Andreas Fabis
    Abbas Amirabadi
    Andrea Carroll
    Suzie La Follette
Yay!

These students make me smile.
Come for the rare opportunity to see a smile on my face, if nothing else.

You work your life away and what do they give?
You're only killing yourself to live

It was awesome! Favorite moment, Two word title team monologue

Suggestion: "Mermaid Love"

Sally as the sailor "This will be a night you won't remember"

The players did an awesome job. I am so super proud.

And I am really grateful to all the AIC members who came out and showed their support.

We had an over-sold crowd, some great energy, and a wonderful night.
