*** MOVED TO SEPT 21 *** AIC General Meeting

Post by kristin »

The meeting has been rescheduled to next week.

"The meeting originally planned for September 14th has been rescheduled and will instead be on Sunday, September 21st. We will be meeting at 4pm at the Whole Foods on 6th Street in their upstairs eatery. If you attend, please arrive early to purchase your food and help us stake claims to the tables so that we many start promptly at 4pm."

So to recap:
Sunday, September 21st
meeting start at 4:00pm sharp (earlier to grab food)
Whole Foods, upstairs balacony

previous post:
Decision made!

date: Sunday, Sept 14
time: 6:00pm (show up earlier to grab food)
location: Whole Foods, upper balcony

I'll be there early to grab and eat my own food and move some tables together.

The meeting itself will start sharply at 6:00pm. If you're going to grab something to eat you should plan on arriving no later than 5:40 or so to park, find some food, and pay for it.

So OOB messed up our normal meeting time.

This will be Asaf's last month so we need some discussion about that and other things.

Could people attend a Sunday the 7th meeting? Or the 14th? Or the 21st?
Any times that are better than others?

This is an important one so it would be good to get a lot of people out. Let me know when you could come.

I can make a 7th or 14th meeting, I'm out of town the 21st. Kid's show 2-3 remains a standing conflict for Jessica and I.

How about Sunday the 14th starting at 5pm?

We could meet and talk, grab something nearby to eat, then go see PGraph's fundraiser show.

Maybe the Hideout would be available as a location?

I would prefer to go somewhere other than the Hideout. Overall, I think having it at a place where there is the option to get food and drink has made the meetings a more enjoyable process.

Agreed. Also, members of PGraph might like to attend the meeting...

My time is going to be cut short so that I can go work box for the P-Graph fundraiser. I am concerned that others might have a similar problem. Particularly members of P-Graph.

This week's meeting is important, too, as we now have this grant money that changes our landscape completely and some other news.

Due to various mitigating factors, the AIC meeting will not be happening this weekend. It will be happening next weekend, hell or high water.

August, September 21st, 4pm at Whole Foods.

There will be an emailing going out this weekend with this information as well. My apologies for the last-minuteness of this all and all the confusion it may have caused.
