16 inches is still a giant wiener. I just hope the bun is that long, too. I don't like it when it hangs over and you're only eating a wiener without the bread and toppings.

I think Justin was budgeting space for Terp's torso as well.

yes, he really thought that through. I imagine him lying on the floor with a ruler, assuming how large his is compared to Terp's and then flipping a coin as to whether to average up or down to the next inch.
