AIC Meeting for August cancelled

Asaf's going to be out of town for a couple of weekends, so we thought we'd cancel August's meeting.

In the meantime, we still need a replacement to begin managing director duties at the beginning of October.

I'm all for Matt, but yeah, a list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position is pretty much essential.

Managing Director
- in charge of AIC business
- oversee AIC development
- oversee AIC education
- oversee AIC fundraising
- oversee AIC finance
- oversee AIC advertising
- keep regular contact with each person completing an AIC task to ensure that progress is being made
- if an AIC member is not fulfilling duties, give a verbal warning, and if necessary complete the task until a suitable replacement can be found
- find replacements for AIC members unsuccessfully completing duties
- keep list of AIC members removed from responsibilities
- regularly attend AIC events (shows, jams, parties, etc.)
- regularly attend events in Austin where improv can be represented
- make big announcements for AIC, to members and non-members
- serve as contact person on Austin Improv website

Though I think that was for a slightly different position. Who knows how accurate that is. Maybe this picture will help:

That description was a little bit old, but it's probably okay for a general idea, since Asaf is also traveling and pressed for time right now and having some difficulty getting his list together.

Some specific things he mentioned :
- Finding directions for the AIC to go in and set things in motion.
- Field things that come up like the Sacrebleu appearances and the Onion ad.

I'll make sure he sees the above list as well, so he can make any additions or modifications.
