Boys of Summer needs some volunteers!

GGG is looking for volunteers to take pictures and video the BoS shows. If you are available and would like to lend a helping hand, we would really appreciate it! I know Kareem can take photos some nights, but I don't want to make him do it for all 7 shows.

I'll post the schedule again so you can see which boy is playing when, and if you would like to help work their show, you'll know what night they are on.

July 12 show: Jordan Maxwell (7-10 Split, Los Angeles)

July 19 show: Erik Adams (Skipfield)

July 26 show: Albert Im (Snackers, Mister Boss Man)

August 2 show: Jason Vines (Improv for Evil, National Karaoke Champion)

August 9 show: Marc Majcher (Improv For Evil)

August 16 show: Roy Janik (Pgraph)

August 23 show: Mitch Baker and Dave Bewley (Backpack Picnic)

any help would be much appreciated.

Did I hear somebody needs video-taping?

Since I have no life and planned on seeing most of the shows anyway, I can totally do some filming. Heck, I'll bring out the nice camera if I can get an escort again.

I don't know about this weekend; I'll have to ask my mom (I'm serious; she's in town this weekend) and I may be away on the 9th, but I should be able to do the other weekends.

Leann, that would be AWESOME!!
I'd love it if you could use your mad skilz on us again! I'll write you in for all the shows except this weekend and the 9th....and you let me know if you want a saturday off or aren't interested in filming all those shows. You will totally have someone to walk with you to and from your car.

FYI, I mailed mo again about your check....she's out of town, so it was either sent before she left, or she got the message when in CA and said DHO! either way...it's on it's way. SORRY!

AND, we were watching a video of some show or another recently and one of the other GGG members said "wow, this recording looks really good....whoever shot this show did a great job"....and I was like "it was totally Leann....she has a degree in this stuff and is totally skilled".
and it's actually true. It's hard to make improv look good on film, but hte sutff you did is really good! easy to see and nice to watch.

and THANKS Leann!! I'm excited to have you filming for us again!
GGG will be in the theatre at 7 for call so you can come any time (7 or after) to give yourself as much time as you need to set up your gear. I think you have my number? If not, let me know and I'll send it to you so you can call and get your escort to the building.
