I've set up a makeshift home studio here in Austin following my unexpected move from New Orleans with the rest of ColdTowne, and I'm getting a nice amount of painting done. This activity makes me hungry for more supplies!
On Dec. 17, I'm setting up shop at the Bywater Art Market in New Orleans, and it is my goal to sell every last one of my older paintings to people affected by the hurricane. This means that I'm going to be letting some of them go for as low as $50 if need be.
Yessir, that's what I'm doing, cleaning house, helping my people, and raising cash to make room for what will hopefully be a very productive time for me in Texas.
If you've ever wanted to make an offer on any of the works listed on my website, http://www.arthursimone.com, now's the time to do it, folks. Just shoot me an email before the 16th, make an offer or come see me on the 17th. Incidentally, if you're outside of my area, shipping would probably be less than $50. I need work, so I'm doing commissions for reeeeeeeeeeal cheap too.
