I've compiled/received a list of email addresses for EVERY theatre teacher in the Austin and Round Rock ISDs. I'd appreciate it if someone with access to a professional email address (austinimprov@gmail.com? or __________@austinimprov.com) would email the PDF brochure to each of these teachers in the next two days.

School is almost out, finals are this week and next. We need to get the word out to the schools soon. I've dropped brochures off personally at 5 different schools in my area, but that's all I could cover.

PM/Email me/Valerie/Christina (I sent it to them!) for the list of email addresses.

let's meet sunday at 6pm at the hideout.

jeremy runs austinimprov@gmail.com. at least, he has the password. if we use that we need some way of keeping track of messages about summer camp - making sure all of them are addressed and that they are addressed only once. we want to look professional, yo. we can chat about that at the meeting on sunday.

phil, want to get the password from jeremy and send out the brochures? i trust you to work your charm on all of these theater teachers.

Bob can (and will) set you up with an e-mail alias such as summercamp@austinimprov.com so that all the e-mails land in your regularly visited e-mail account, if that's something you'd like to have.
