ASSSSCAT

Post by Asaf »

I just saw the ASSSSCAT DVD that the UCB put out and it has some really good improv on it.

Not only that, but the three guys do a great commentary track that talks very soberly about the moves being played and the improv technique being exhibited.

It is a great way to learn their philosophy.

this dvd is incredible.

The commentary track is awesome. I love the way the show is shot and edited as well. I think not really being able to see people's faces and their reactions is the biggest reason why a lot of improv doesn't translate well to video.

I second asaf's recommendation.

Yeah, I rented the DVD about 2 weeks ago and I really enjoyed the commentary.

Fifthed. I've watched this so many times just to study the way they play. And I still find it funny.
