The Summer season of the National Karaoke League is getting started soon. You can now register on the NKL Website
Here is a bit of info on the whole thing...
The time has come! Registration is NOW OPEN for our summer season! Grab your friends and get signed up today because both leagues are capped at 48 members!!!
The Downtown Austin Division:
-Every Wednesday, June 4th - July 30th, 8pm-10pm
-Bennigan's Grill and Tavern at 301 Barton Springs Rd.
-League members enjoy $2 domestics, $2 margaritas, $2 cosmos, and $2 wells, not to mention nightly shot specials!
The North Austin Division:
-Every Thursday, June 5th - July 31st, 7:30 - 9:30 pm
-Merkaba Lounge and Grill, 14106 North IH35 (Wells Branch exit, next to Chapparal Ice)
-League members enjoy $2 wells, $4 apple martinis, and $6 domestic pitchers!
We're looking forward to a rockin' summer season, so grab your friends and get signed up soon, because you will not want to miss your chance to join the league!

Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know that we're filling up pretty fast so you should register soon if you want to be part of the summer season! You don't need to worry about having a full team, Jason was randomly assigned to a team last season and everything worked out very well for him!!
We'd love to have more improvers rockin out our league!

To answer the above question, I would say just sign up as an individual to make sure you're registered before we fill up, which looks like it may happen before our "official" registration close date of May 28th.
If some of your friends join afterwards, just shoot us an email and we can convert you to a group. You just want to make sure that you definitely have a spot!

Today is the last day to register so if you have been holding out, it's time to step up! Registration closes tonight at midnight.
I could talk about all the cool stuff you get if you register, but it's all on our website, so just take a peek over there: http://www.nationalkaraokeleague.com
We've also been contacted by a group that wants to make the league into a weekly cable access show, so if we can work out the details on that, this league might just make you a star!! C'mon, you know you're tired of Jason having all the glory...here's your chance to dethrone the king
