Casting for Maestro...too early.

I totally noticed the 45 degree tilt after the show, and I stood there and applauded for what might have been a half an hour. Bravo, Brad!

That was a super fun Maestro. The cast was very playful. The audience was HOT! The directors were very helpful and the tech crew was totally on point. More like that!

Like the others in The Starter Kit, I want to extend a big thank you to everyone for playing last night. That was probably the most disappointed I've ever been when voted off and it has nothing to do with wanting to win. It was because I wanted to have more fun and play with an awesome cast. We were really trying to get a cast that was great with rolling with the punches, out to have a good time, and full of great energy. That was definitely what the show was.

The packed house didn't hurt either.

Wow! That was a really fun show! There were tons of memorable moments (I usually think about improv as I drift off to sleep and last night I was thinking about some great maestro moments), I loved the playful and mischievous energy, and I loved the directors commitment to letting the players do what inspired them, and say "no" to what made them uncomfortable.

PS:
While it didn't come down to the face off I was hoping for, I am happy to say that Kareem has been kicked back to Egypt to ponder the sphinx.

Thanks for letting me play last night. I had a great time. I promise next time not to be so "new." Thanks for making me feel welcome. It was a great show.

Now, let me thank you be entertaining you again tomorrow night (Monday) 8pm @ the Cap City Comedy Club for the Funniest Person in Austin Stand-Up Comedy Contest.
