ColdTowne Manor

Post by ChrisTrew.Com »

ColdTowne has put the pen to the paper and the paper is a lease.
We are moving to the East side, around 12th street. 3204 Kay Street. We live next to a big ass park and there is a pool in the backyard. Somehow we ended up with a pool.
Zing!

SO - be prepared for improv pool parties and the possibility of moving the occassional Improv play day to this park by our house so we can host the event and provide a cool pool for afterwards.

Ping!

This makes my desire to look for a house off the longbranch area on 11th street that much more desirable.

This sounds stupid considering I just bought a plane ticket today - but does the place have a spare room? If I could have kept the rent & utils to under $400, I could have stayed in Austin... of course at this point we're talking about total hypotheticals.

CONGRATULATIONS!
