Maestro signing upness

I think we should make the maestro signing up process a little more organized. Right now it's catch as catch can, first come, first play. Let's go back to really using Bob's cool online signup program. First, let's post the address here, and maybe on the austinimprov.org main page, or somewhere else that's always easily accessible. Then let's start actually using it. It's all set up for choosing players, lighters, and and directors!
