Old Year's Party
Hey, we're planning a gigantic Austin Improv party on December 30 (the day before New Year's Eve) with an all-star show in the downstairs and an old-fashion throw-down in the upstairs. Any thoughts on this?
Please fill out the poll above.
9:00pm
Crazy big show.
10:30ish
A keg and other ridiculousness.
What kinds of ridiculousness should we spring for? Food, midgets, karaoke?

My flight's supposed to get in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Barring any insane delays, I'll be there.
Is it really the best idea to have a huge blow-out party the night before New Years Eve?

You work your life away and what do they give?
You're only killing yourself to live
The social committee was considering making this the annual fancy party- people can dress up, maybe we'll have awards. It will be fairly simple this year, of course, but next year it can be the big improv blow-out.

We were planning on doing a full-out awards ceremony sometime in February, so maybe we ought to hold off on giving awards until then?

I think me and the Bobster will be here on that day, though I am currently lobbying for a road trip to Little Rock to see the Clinton Library.

ColdTowne will be spending their new years in sunny New Orleans. But we would like to be here as well. But we will be in New Orleans.

Sometimes it's a form of love just to talk to somebody that you have nothing in common with and still be fascinated by their presence.

Gah! Hideout sleepover would be AWESOME!
But I'm not going to be in town on the 30th. Damn!
