Schedule is up
Sorry for the delay in getting the schedule up. I went over and tweaked this schedule many many times.

A few notes about this schedule.
Please don't take offense if your group didn't make it onto the schedule. Several groups were not scheduled, and it's absolutely no reflection on their worth as performers or human beings.
This time around, there are several brand new troupes making their debut in the schedule:
Murphy, the latest Coldtowne troupe
Snackers , made up of some Heroes students and Shana's students
An Unnamed troupe, focusing on narrative storytelling (more details later)
and some almost brand new troupes (each have performed once)...
Venn Diaphram, made up of Nat Miller and 2 other grad students
The Smoking Arm, Austin's first Harold team
All of that is awesome, especially when you consider the fact that there was a long spell when no new troupes were forming at all. But it also throws a large deal of uncertainty into the mix, as far as scheduling shows is concerned, especially when you add in the fact that several very talented troupes didn't submit availability this go-round.
My intent with this schedule was to try and beef up the quality of shows, to make sure that the audience always leaves satisfied and wanting to return. To that end, I've given priority to troupes I know rehearse regularly, and/or have a proven track record of solid shows. For smaller, new "side"/additional projects, I've leaned towards scheduling those groups that have members who aren't in any other troupes.
In general, the larger, regulary practicing, existing troupes have been given 2-3 shows, unless their availability prevented that or they spefically asked for fewer shows. Brand new troupes and/or the side projects that made it into the schedule have been given 1 show, with the hopes that the community will turn out in force that night to welcome them into the fold.
I hope the schedule pleases you. If your group wasn't scheduled, remember that there's always The Cagematch and Thursday Night Awesome.
Thanks.

hear hear!
this isn't an easy job, and i appreciate the personal time that it takes every few months to make this happen.
it's one of those jobs that you don't notice being done until it's not done right, and--roy--you do a really great job of making everything run smoothly (as did dave before you).
hip hip for roy!

Thanks for all the hard work you do. Murphy very much looks forward to our Hideout debut. We also look forward to sharing a bill with Midnight Society and P'graph that night. It will be great to have familar faces around.
Thanks Roy!
I'm so excited I thanked you twice.
