Who the Hell is That?

Post by acrouch »

Image

I've started compiling uniformly-sized pictures of all the improvisers in Austin for eventual inclusion on some page where faces and names are juxtaposed for the good and clarity of all.

Check out what I have so far (from cruising our various flickr pages)

If you're not up yet, or you don't like your photo, send me a new photo to work with (or send me a link to a photo already online). It needs to be as high resolution as possible and preferably a close-up shot where your face takes up at least a quarter of the photo.

Thanks!

That's pretty sweet.

That picture of Val you used is the best photo of her ever. I need to hug Shannon for taking it.

What size and resolution do you need them to be, Andy?

Also, I started listing peoples troupe and show affiliations in the descriptions. Feel free to update those if I left anything out of yours.

Nice! Now that we got headshots of everyone, we can either start making a profile page on the website, or start up that idea I got from Lamb's post about AIC trading cards.

Note: There is an RPG-style formula that goes into the experience points. The formula for experience is each class the player of the card has taken (100 for Coldtowne and 150 for Hideout, with a base of 50 points), whereas this edition of the card has 450 points.

Look, I don't know how to send you a photo because I went to college when people used typewriters, but if you check out my Flickr (La Cicatriz Atwood), can you use something from there? Because I want to be part of the funny-people-faces-photos, even if I am really new and in a troupe that doesn't have a name yet! Yeah, comedy!

Holy shits, you're right! This ASCII art is from 1943 which could only mean one thing, the artist was a 21st century Nostradamus with quatrains of ink. He just got the name wrong, a lot like Nostradamus and his famous Hister/Hitler error.

Nice work Andy C.
We've been working on a profile page system for ColdTowne for a long time now (will be up sometime in 08), glad to see things like this!
