Projector for Friday?

Post by kbadr »

Coldtowne hits the road at 4am today, and their projector's going with them.

Do we have a replacement for the shows on Friday?

Don't laugh.

I will have wasted a whole shitload of time making some CG for the Hoover's show if we don't have a projector.

There is an alternative solution to the problem if you're willing to consider it.

I don't have a projector but I know where I can find a 32 inch television. What I need is a couple strong guys (or girls) to lift it, a pickup truck to get it to the theatre, and a way to put it on wheels so that it can be moved out of the way, alternatively, it can be placed in the stage left Godspot if you can find a way to place it there.

I can hook up video and audio via a composite cable connected to a laptop. Both the TV and the laptop would need to be plugged in, however.

there is no way to move the projector from downstairs to up. i know this to be fact. i'm fairly confident that no one else has a projector. you may be able to pull some strings and see if certain students at UT could rent or borrow a projector, but that's a lot of red tape in a minimal amount of time.

sorry mate.

I'm sure you could rent one somewhere here in town. I have no idea what that sort of thing could cost though.

I think I already have an account with them, actually.
