Waffle Irons for Waffle Fest?

Post by acrouch »

Anyone out there have waffle irons they could bring out for Waffle Fest? Tonight, tomorrow or Saturday? The more the merrier.

I can bring one, but it isn't Belgian style, ie no deep square pockets for Scrooge McDuck-style hoarding of butter and syrup.

St. Vincent's and Goodwill usually have a lot of appliances.

Wow. I just ate lunch, but this phrasing caused me to now crave waffles.

I've got one. When do you need it by? I have an event I need to be at from 6:30-8:30 or so. Can I drop it off beforehand?

You simpletons need irons?! Back in my day, we made the ridges by hand!

I'll see if I can bring one of your modern fangle-dangled waffle "irons" of my own.

Absolutely. The upstairs is open, just drop it in the green room. Thanks!

uh oh - mine is the said 'Scroog-McDuck-style'. It's even stainless steel and very bourgeois. I'll bring it anyway and we can reenact the french revolution using waffle irons.

Are we short of waffle irons? Should I stop by Goodwill on the way to the Hideout tonight?

Seconded...out of love.
Sometimes it's a form of love just to talk to somebody that you have nothing in common with and still be fascinated by their presence.
