my vote would certainly be for the mashed potatoes, the squash or the brussel sprouts. Yay spinach!

No! I love me some big B! But the squash sounded really interesting and I like the sprouts! No one else usually does though.....

I love brussel sprouts. Even loved them as a kid. Mark me down for the squash in a ginger butter sauce though. I usually cook them in a pan, but I think I'll grill them first and add the butter sauce afterward this time.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH! I hadn't read this thread because it said Thanksgiving and I will be out of town for thanksgiving. Thanks Eric and Justin for telling me this was about the AIC banquet. I HAD NO IDEA!!
