Philly Improv Fest
Hey AIC!
"Get Up" is on it's way to Phillidelphia, PA in the morning to perform in the PFIF on Thursday. Give them a "Hey" and a "Ho" as they make their first out-of-town improv trip.

Thanks for the well wishes... Get Up had an awesome show tonight!! Shana & Shannon were really awesome -- classic "Get Up"; a very classy act.
There were people in the crowd (of mostly improvisers) cheering at points in the show. It definately stood out as the strongest show in the set. Several people approached me after the show and told us how much they liked it. Shana said some people told her they'd 'never seen improv like that before!' A couple of people we talked to are thinking of coming to Austin.
Asaf does his One Man Show tomorrow night.
I am super happy to be here and to get to see these imps do their stuff. Very proud of Austin Improv right now.

Sometimes it's a form of love just to talk to somebody that you have nothing in common with and still be fascinated by their presence.

Man, I'm so proud. Get Up is a constant inspiration.
I'm really glad that more and more austin troupes going out into the wide world. It's particularly awesome that this weekend alone, Get Up, Look Cookie, Asaf, and ColdTowne are performing (in Philly and New Orleans).

Yeah, Asaf had a great show last night! Austin represented well.
Also, I really dug Zach Ward from North Carolina and his partner (Jeremy, I think) in a two-person troupe called Cajones.
