PROS:
-Apt. at the lovely Barton's Lodge, which includes such features as two pools, a hot tub, a business center, a sweet rec center with a coffee machine, and a lovely location right on the greenbelt. I mean RIGHT ON the shit.
-I can't get the security deposit back in the transfer, so that's just gonna roll over to you.
-You're gonna have the option to renew when the lease is up(again, in Feb.)
-pet friendly, with a deposit.
-Nice, big 1-bedroom, really two people could live in it, I'd say.
CONS:
-There's an application fee, which I'll refund if you get the place, so you just need to make sure your credit is comin' correct(meaning it's good).
-I'm gonna need to split the transfer fee. It'd be $150 to you, but remember the security deposit transfers to you.
-I ain't gon' lie. It's pretty expensive rent, especially for someone in the creative community. About $750/mo.
So if you have any other questions, let me know. I figure I'd take this to you guys first before I tried craigslist, since I know all you cats.

Also, come see the Costa Cider show tommorow, the 26th, starring C.J. Allen, Jeff Britt, and me. 8:00 at the Hideout as part of the Threefer.
