There was a proposal to make the marketing director a temporary paid position for three months. Asaf will create a definition of what the duties will entail, people can submit their names for candidacy and voting will take place the first week in November (at the meeting and the following week). The person elected to the three-month position will receive $100 per month, their position running from mid-November until mid-February.
This will be dependent on review of the finances between Asaf and the treasurer, Mike M, to determine AIC funds are sufficient to support this endeavor.
Vote: Should the AIC sponsor this position for three months, totaling $300?

The tasks of the Marketing Director would include:
1. Monitoring progress of various promotional pushes through the enforcing
of audience polls at both theaters.
2. Coordinating monthly flyering to be done by a hired AIC member.
3. Assisting the Managing Director to investigate new promotion opportunites
such as free shows at community events, inclusion in directories, etc.
4. Enforcing and maintaining the collection of email addresses for the
mailing list for a possible AIC newsletter down the road.
