There is a conference on October 16th, hosted by Greenlights for Non-Profit Success, for non-profit groups to get information on what it takes to make it for the long haul. Here is a link to the registration website and for more information...

Seems like it could be useful for the AIC. There is a particular session on attracting and retaining resources (human and funds) you need for success. Another session on Strategic Marketing would also be helpful.
Anyhow...just throwing it out there.
