I thought I'd seen it somewhere as the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving, making it November 18.

Is this still the case?

There was some question of whether to do it the same weekend as Waffle Fest (which is that weekend before thanksgiving). If we have the stamina, I think it would be cool to do it that Sunday.

Maybe it could be the official party of Waffle Fest.

That sounds like the best date and is right before Thanksgiving so it would make sense.
I'll make my fab cherry and pecan cornbread stuffing.

I think Wafflefest is low-key enough that we can handle some serious chilling and partying on that Sunday. And I will bake a pie. Or two. PIE!

It's an improv festival that Andy runs every year, that is mostly (entirely?) just Austin-based groups. Plus, lots of free delicious waffles. It is a great thing.
