Rich Ross, a company member of BATS Improv in San Francisco, author of a book on Maestro and founding member of Start Trekkin' (the original in San Francisco) is coming to Austin on the weekend of September 22 to teach workshops, play in Start Trekkin' and direct Maestro.
We're trying to bring more outside improvisers to Austin for workshops and performances, but it only works if the local community supports it. You can support in the following ways:
1) Come watch Rich guest in Start Trekkin'. He's one of the most playful, fun improvisers I've ever been around.
2) Play in the Maestro that Rich is directing. Or just come watch. He's written the only book on Maestro. Check the Casting section of the forum for more details.
3) Take a workshop with Rich. He's offering two worskshops on Maestro on Sunday, September 23 -- one on playing and one on directing. Check the Classes section of the forum for more details.
