AUSTIN, TX- On Sunday, July 22nd, the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival and Miniature Golf Tournament will be hosting a fundraising event, to be called the OoBenanny in homage to old-fashioned folk hootenannies.
Featuring drink from Orf Brewing, three musical acts, and a raffle and silent auction of merchandise and services from Austin businesses and sweet art from local painters, the OoBenanny will raise money to pay artists appearing in the Out of Bounds Festival, held this year from August 29 through September 2.
WHAT: Second annual OoBenanny (sounds like "hootenanny"), a fundraising event put on by Gnap! Theater Projects, the production entity behind the Out of Bounds festival. All proceeds benefit the 2007 Out of Bounds Festival.
WHERE: Salvage Vanguard Theater (2803 Manor Road)
WHEN: Sunday, July 22. Doors open at 7 p.m.
HOW MUCH: $10 suggested donation, includes a raffle ticket for each dollar spent at the door, plus drinks
