Hello Austin!

I'm Ed Doris form KC. Just tagging along with Crustabeast. You all seem to have quite the collective here! I hope to meet some of you this September.

So, Damon Huard this year - or is Brodie Croyle ready to drive? What's the prevailing wisdom up there?

To be honest, i vote Croyle. Why sit him another year if the youth movement is beginning? I wanna get this party started right and quickly.

Also, Ed has a 16 pound head.

I feel what you're saying about getting Crolye up sooner rather than later. But Huard had a good season last year coming off the bench. I'd vote Huard with Croyle getting plenty of time.

How's the D gonna be this year?

Weak up the middle, like always. Hopefully our 2nd & 3rd round draft picks this year can give us some help at that position. Decent at every other position.

The one thing i like about Huard is that he knew how to find Gonzalez. Green had problems with that even before the concussion. As a fan, i want Croyle to be thrown to the wolves and learn from it. If it's too drastic, bring in the proven reliable back-up.

I say hi and it becomes KC sports talk radio.

Fair enough.

If Huard plays more than Croyle I can not support this season. Either way I don't expect a playoff win. When people have started and finished k-12 and your team hasn't won, it is time for low expectations.

Here's a pithy comment for ya:
The Chiefs are the most boring team in the NFL. Regardless of their record or talent, they are boring. Boring.

Discuss.
