I would probably not sign up for this but I would so love to be on the panel that breaks it down after each performance. Do you guys have a say in that?

Chris, I saw, like, an "email for info" link on the Alamo site, but I didn't see an actual sign-up link. Is there a link where up for this contest I can sign?

From the website...

The Rules:
Time: Contestants have a maximum of 2 minutes to perform an air sex routine. This can include all phases of an air sex encounter: meeting, seduction, foreplay and intercourse, or you can simply cut to the chase.

Music: Competitors must perform to music, you can either bring a CD of your performance track with you, or you can choose from our selection of air sex music. You may also include an audio prelude to your performance, maximum of 30 seconds.

Other Rules: Unlike air guitar, there are not many other rules. Props are allowed, teams are allowed, talking is allowed. The only important rule is that all sexual climaxes must be simulated, not real.

Prizes: First of all, it is free to compete. Simply email your competition song to lars(@)originalalamo.com or bring it to the show on the night of the competition. The first place winner of the round 1 competition will receive a ticket to the sold out "final show" at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. These tickets sold out in one day and were valued at $85. Also, just for competing, you will receive a $25 ticket to the Robosaurus/Transformers show on July 2. More prizes may be announced prior to the event.

I have to back out of this. Too many plates spinning. Something is going to crash.
