TV Show Seeking Female Host with Good Improv Skills

Post by shando »

From the Austin Film Casting newsgroup:
_*Seeking Cast for In-room Hotel Channel*_

The producers of a new in-room hotel channel are seeking a host to
provide enthusiasm, knowledge, and personality to a 45- to 60-minute
filmed program. Authentic Austin TV will launch in several Austin
hotels
later this summer and will cover must-see attractions, music venues,
shopping destinations, dining experiences and more.

The ideal host: female; mid-twenties to mid-thirties; from Austin or
nearby cities; good improvisational skills; able to bring scripted
words
to life in a lively yet natural way.

It is important that the host live in the Austin area so that she will
be readily accessible for brief/frequent shoots.

First stage of production will include several shooting days spread out
over a three week period. Currently: June 13 through July 3. Second
stage will include frequent shoots throughout the following year.

Compensation: Paid/Negotiable

Please e-mail your headshots, resume, and contact information to:
talent@authenticaustin.tv

If you are represented by an agency or are a member of an actor's
union,
please note this in the body of your e-mail.

Select actors will be contacted by Michael Hartung (Casting Director)
for auditions/interviews.

I sent in my head shot, but the address bounced back. FYI.
