Chris Allen is Sketchy

Post by Roy Janik »

This Thursday, Chris Allen will be performing a solo sketch show in the Thursday 8PM slot at ColdTowne.

I think (correct me if I'm wrong, Chris), this is the first time he's done a whole sketch show solo.

And of course, PGraph will be performing tomorrow, as well. Come help us gear up for when we play Out of Bounds West in LA on Saturday.

Thanks for the plug, Roy.

This is the first solo sketch show that I've conceived and it will be the second time for me to perform it.

I'll do it one more time next Thursday as well.

Check it out if you wanna see a short show including different ways a person can be on stage performing solo w/o having to do just monologues.

Kenny Loggins influence, Tom Waits influence, YOU influence...

Cheers!

This show is very funny. I was fortunate to have it debut at TNA a month or two ago.

Chris is a genius writer and performer. Anyone studying sketch right/write now should make a note... Watching Chris perform his own material is a master class on how to keep a sense of chaos and kinetic energy going while never losing your audience.

Go see this show on Thursday...

Tonight is the last night for Chris Allen's sketch show!

And also the last PGraph show that Kaci will be in before her departure for Germany.

Come check it out to see one of the most vivacious improvisers play before she heads out of town...

...AND...

...to see sketch comedy done by one person. If you're interested in pursuing sketch comedy then you'll get to see one insane man's interpretation of how it's done ALONE!
